Most jobs are quoted as a flat price per task once we understand the work. You approve the number before we lift a tool — so there are never any surprise bills.
Smaller visits fall under a minimum service call, which covers the trip and setup. The best value is to bundle several small jobs into one visit, so that minimum gets you a lot done.
Remodels and larger projects start with a free walkthrough. You get a written proposal with the full scope, price and timeline — and for home-improvement contracts over $500, Pennsylvania law requires that contract in writing, which protects you as much as us.
