Remodels and larger projects get a free walkthrough and a written proposal with a clear scope and price. Smaller repairs are quoted as a flat price per task, with a minimum service call for short visits. Either way you approve the number before work begins — no surprise bills.

Yes. Projects get a free on-site walkthrough and written proposal. For smaller repairs we can usually quote from a phone call or photos sent through our Request a Quote form.

Small jobs are usually billed on completion. Remodels and larger projects use a written contract with a deposit and progress payments agreed before any work begins — as Pennsylvania law requires for home-improvement contracts over $500.

Yes — Royal Hands Contracting LLC is a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA148984) and carries insurance. We're happy to provide proof on request.

Kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, carpentry and framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors and windows, decks and fences — plus the small repairs and punch lists we've always handled. If it's on your list, ask.

Absolutely. Royal Hands started as a handyman service and we never dropped the small stuff — our Handyman & Small Repairs service knocks out the whole punch list in one visit.

Yes. Where a project needs a permit — structural changes, additions, egress, and similar — we handle the permit process and coordinate inspections with your municipality as part of the job.

For work that requires a licensed trade — plumbing rough-ins, panel-level electrical, HVAC, gas — we bring in licensed partners we know and manage them as part of your project. You still deal with one contractor: us.

Your written proposal includes a realistic timeline. We schedule so crews aren't spread thin, communicate as work progresses, and tell you early if anything shifts.

It depends on the season and the size of the job, but we work hard to schedule promptly and offer priority scheduling to maintenance-plan members. Call us for current availability.
