Quotes & estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and the scope agreed at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if hidden conditions are discovered, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Services & scope

We perform handyman repairs, installations and maintenance within our scope and licensing. Certain work that requires a specialized licensed trade or permit is referred to the appropriate professional.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger jobs may require a deposit. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Options page.

Workmanship guarantee

Our workmanship is backed by the guarantee described on our Workmanship Guarantee page. Materials and products carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
